Avanti Rx, Brampton, 2019
Comfort Care Inc. completed a mechanical upgrade and retrofit project for Avanti Rx, Brampton, a pharmaceutical facility, working under the design and specifications prepared by VR Associates Inc. The project scope included the demolition of existing ductwork, followed by the installation of new air cooled chiller (sub-zero glycol for extraction process), HVAC units, ductwork air distribution system, Smart HEPA-filtered air diffusers, ACCUTROL Air valves (pressure Independent precise Air valves feeding the Smart HEPA Filters) and murti stage filtration system for five Clean Rooms associated corridors.
Our team supplied and installed control system, , and thermal insulation for all new duct systems to enhance performance and energy efficiency. In addition, test and air balancing (TAB) services were performed by a certified NEBB/AABC contractor to ensure optimal airflow and compliance with cleanroom performance requirements.
All work was executed with precision and coordination to maintain pharmaceutical environmental standards, showcasing Comfort Care Inc.’s experience in controlled environments, laboratory systems, and high-performance mechanical installations.
