College Boreal, New ERV System, Sudbury Current
Comfort Care has been engaged by Collège Boreal as the qualified contractor to deliver a complete rooftop Energy Recovery Unit replacement and installation project. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of a new rooftop energy recovery ventilator (ERV) unit, along with all associated structural reinforcements required to support the new equipment.
Our team will provide new supply and return ductwork, along with modifications to existing systems to ensure seamless integration. The project also includes electrical power supply, control wiring, and connection to the Siemens Building Automation System (BAS), covering both the new unit and an existing one. To complete the installation, we will manage drywall demolition and reinstatement where required for system routing.
Once installation is complete, Comfort Care will oversee testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB), followed by a thorough start-up and commissioning process, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This turnkey approach ensures that Collège Boreal receives a fully integrated, efficient, and modern HVAC system tailored to its operational needs.
