Comfort Care, as the mechanical contractor, partnered with a team of consultants to carry out a comprehensive forensic study of the school’s HVAC systems. Our scope included detailed equipment testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Based on the consultants’ report, we implemented prioritized repairs to address critical issues affecting system reliability and efficiency.
In addition, our team provided guidance throughout the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems. We also oversaw the implementation of recommended ECMs and verified the performance of energy conservation measures to ensure measurable results.
This collaborative approach delivered a more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective HVAC system, improving comfort and energy performance throughout the school.
